As a SAP MTD you will help clients optimize business applications by analyzing needs, supporting SAP solution implementation, and providing guidance that supports effective use of SAP tools within our Advisory practice. As a Senior Associate you will manage assigned workstreams, use critical thinking to break down complex concepts, build meaningful client connections, and guide junior team members while developing your own technical skills and professional brand. In this role at PwC, you will bring a client-focused mindset to application consulting, contribute to delivery across SAP environments, interpret data to inform recommendations, and support business efficiency through practical solutions and responsive service.

Responsibilities

- Analyzing client business needs and translating them into SAP solution requirements
- Supporting SAP implementation, enhancement, and application support workstreams across core business processes
- Configuring and testing SAP functionality to validate system behavior and process fit
- Troubleshooting application issues and coordinating resolution efforts across technical teams and client stakeholders
- Developing training materials and delivering user support to improve adoption of SAP tools and processes
- Interpreting data, process flows, and system dependencies to inform recommendations and implementation plans
- Reviewing deliverables for completeness and consistency while guiding junior team members on assigned tasks
- Building client relationships by anticipating needs, communicating progress, and adapting to shifting project priorities

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems
- Demonstrating SAP consulting experience across application evolution services
- Navigating client conversations and building meaningful relationships
- Using critical thinking to break down complex SAP concepts
- Interpreting data to guide recommendations and next steps
- Developing awareness of business context and changing needs
- Upholding professional standards while mentoring junior team members
