As an AI QE Engineer - Associate 2, you will be at the forefront of developing innovative software solutions to drive digital transformation and enhance business performance. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will use your knowledge to design, code, and test applications that transform industries and deliver exceptional user experiences. As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagement and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful client connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources.

Responsibilities

- Developing innovative software solutions to drive digital transformation and enhance business performance
- Designing, coding, and testing applications that deliver exceptional user experiences
- Applying Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD) methodologies to improve software quality
- Utilizing programming languages such as Java, Python, and C++ to create robust applications
- Implementing Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) practices to streamline development processes
- Conducting code reviews and adhering to coding standards to maintain software integrity
- Debugging and troubleshooting issues to validate seamless application functionality
- Collaborating with team members and clients to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Engaging in business process improvement and management to optimize software solutions
- Building a personal brand by consistently delivering quality work and contributing to team success

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

-GitHub CoPilot, ChatGPT, Cursor, Claude, Gemini)  for software testing, Prompt Engineering for QE

-Ability to develop and maintain automation with AI assistance (Playwright with MCP, Selenium with MCP Tosca, Karate, REST Assured). Experience in connecting to MCP server.

 -TypeScript/JavaScript, Java or Python, AWS, Azure or GCP, Test Management(Jira, Azure DevOps, Xray, Zephyr or equivalent)

-Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Computer and Data Engineering, Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems/Technology, Machine Learning, Management Information Systems, Software Engineering
- Demonstrating proficiency in Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD) and CI/CD
- Utilizing programming languages such as Python, Java, and JavaScript
- Engaging in application development using platforms like Appian and Mendix
- Applying knowledge of microservices and enterprise application integration
- Excelling in debugging and troubleshooting software issues
- Participating in business process improvement and management initiatives
