Job Description
Just imagine making the operational pieces behind Social Responsibility programmes work smoothly, from product donations to planning tools. Then make it real.
About the role
As our Coordinator – Operations, Delivery & Systems, you'll provide practical operational, systems and logistics support across Social Responsibility. You'll help keep services, platforms and delivery processes running reliably, so programme teams can focus on creating impact. You'll also maintain and improve existing ways of working while supporting larger digital and process improvements with colleagues across the organisation.
Required Qualifications
- Coordinated forecasting, warehousing, shipping or logistics activities supporting programmes or product donations.
- Administered operational platforms through user support, issue resolution and data maintenance.
- Resolved operational issues and bottlenecks affecting programme delivery.
- Supported operational delivery through planning administration, reporting, action tracking and documentation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Supported product handling, forecasting, warehousing or shipping processes.
- Coordinated volunteering events, employee engagement activities or programme logistics.
What you'll build
- Coordinate forecasting, warehousing, shipping and logistics for Social Responsibility programmes and product donations.
- Support product donations, play material handling, workshop materials and volunteering packing events.
- Help administer the Planning App, PlayYourPart and Power BI, including user support, data maintenance and issue resolution.
- Support annual planning through tool set-up, uploads, forecasting checks and practical follow-up.
- Coordinate procurement administration, approvals tracking, onboarding support and operational follow-through.
- Spot operational risks and bottlenecks, then work with colleagues to simplify processes and improve delivery.
If you've worked in a role where you kept operational services, logistics or systems moving, you'll feel at home here. What matters most is bringing care to the detail while finding practical ways to reduce the operational burden on programme teams.
Life on the team
You'll work across Social Responsibility, connecting programme teams with colleagues who support planning, digital enablement and process improvement. It's a varied role where organisation, service orientation and collaboration matter. You'll balance several operational priorities while helping create simpler, more consistent ways of working.
What success looks like
You'll help make operational delivery reliable, scalable and easier for teams to navigate. Systems support works smoothly, issues are resolved proactively, and planning and logistics activities stay on track. You'll work closely with the Digital Enablement & Projects Manager, the Strategy, Planning and Foresight role, the Business Process Optimisation Consultant and colleagues across relevant business functions.
Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis. However, please note we do amend or withdraw our jobs and reserve the right to do so at any time, including prior to any advertised closing date. So, if you're interested in this role we encourage you to apply as soon as possible.
