In your first year, you will own the full people agenda across Eastern Europe, ensuring smooth, consistent delivery of talent, performance, and reward processes. This role is vital to Flora Food Group working with our people and leaders in markets that are evolving rapidly. By translating global frameworks into practical local solutions, you help create fair, transparent, and effective ways of working that enable better decisions and stronger teams.
What you'll do
- Act as a trusted P&O advisor to senior leaders, providing commercial insight and credible challenge
- Translate business needs into clear P&O priorities, processes and delivery
- Handle sensitive employee matters with balanced judgement
- Own operational execution of core people processes, including talent, performance, reward, and employee lifecycle management.
- Use people data and workforce insights to influence decision making
Performance
You will own the generalist P&O agenda end-to-end, ensuring core processes deliver consistent results. Your data-driven approach and use of insights will help to build evidence based views that guide leadership decisions, improving workforce effectiveness and operational excellence across multiple countries. Your impact will be measured by the smooth running of people operations and the strength of local leadership partnerships.
Care
You will report to the P&O Manager Central Europe as part of a small regional team. Collaboration with local leadership, Centres of Expertise and other functions will be key. You will advise leaders on people decisions and handle sensitive employee matters fairly and consistently, and apply local labour law and global people policies in practice.
Passion
You bring a genuine curiosity about how people and culture shape business success in the food industry. You understand the importance of building strong teams that support innovation in taste, nutrition, and functionality. Your passion for transformation and continuous improvement drives you to simplify complex processes and create practical solutions that help Flora Food Group thrive.
About you
You are an experienced P&O Business Partner with strong commercial acumen and a track record of advising senior leaders independently. You bring expert knowledge of local labour laws and handle employee relations with sound judgement.
You are comfortable using people analytics to build workforce insights and influence decisions. You thrive in a role that combines strategic business partnering with hands-on operational execution. You are proactive, confident in challenging decisions when needed, and eager to lead transformation initiatives.
