Job Description

The Risk Management function is responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating risk. May include establishing risk management procedures and processes to ensure adherence to policies.

Operational Risk Management (ORM) is responsible for :

• identifying, measuring, controlling, and monitoring operational risk, and providing early warning of risk indicators.

• Limits exposure due to human error, unsupervised trading, transaction processing failure, external events, information systems threats, data integrity, and fraud.  

Key Requirements

• Strong experience in Operational Risk Management within financial services or banking.

• In‑depth knowledge of operational risk frameworks, governance, and regulatory expectations.

• Proven leadership and people management experience.

• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.

• Analytical mindset with sound judgment and attention to detail.
