Esports Coach (In-Person, After School)Location: [School Location]Schedule: 1–4 hours per week, after schoolProgram Length: ~10 weeksStart Date: Rolling / FlexibleCompensation: $50+ per instructional hour (flexible based on experience)About Concorde EducationConcorde Education partners with schools across the country to provide engaging, high-quality after-school programs that inspire students to explore new interests and build real-world skills.About the RoleWe are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Esports Coach to lead an in-person after-school esports program for middle and/or high school students.This role focuses on creating a fun, structured environment where students can build teamwork, improve gameplay, and develop confidence through gaming.Example Game TitlesPrograms may include (but are not limited to):Rocket League, Super Smash Bros., Fortnite, Minecraft, Valorant, Apex Legends, and moreResponsibilitiesLead and supervise in-person esports sessionsTeach basic to intermediate gameplay strategy and teamworkOrganize simple practices, scrimmages, or friendly competitionsCreate a positive, inclusive, and engaging environment for studentsManage equipment and ensure students stay on taskCommunicate with program coordinators as needed QualificationsExperience working with kids or teens (teaching, coaching, tutoring, camps, etc.)Familiarity with popular video games or esports titlesAbility to manage a group and keep students engagedReliable, organized, and professionalStrong communication skills Who This Role Is Great ForCollege students and recent gradsGamers and esports enthusiastsCoaches, tutors, and camp counselorsTeachers or school staffAnyone who enjoys working with kids and gaming
