Overview
As a Physical Therapist at Phoenix Physical Therapy, you'll evaluate patients' physical abilities, develop and implement treatment programs to restore function and reduce pain, and educate patients and families throughout the recovery process. You'll coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams and oversee the work of physical therapy assistants and other allied health professionals. This role requires a graduate degree from an approved physical therapy program, current license, and CPR certification. You'll maintain compliance with quality initiatives, ensure patient safety, and contribute to a supportive clinic environment that values work-life balance and continuing education.
