Overview
As a Residential Program Manager with Brightway Living & Learning, you'll play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities in their daily lives. You'll manage all day-to-day operations of the residence, including employment and staffing needs such as hiring, performance evaluations, and supervision of staff. Responsibilities include maintaining knowledge of emergency procedures, training new staff, ensuring certifications are current, maintaining staff schedules, and writing/implementing Annual Program Plans. You'll also coordinate efforts across multiple departments, complete incident reports, interface with parents, and advocate for individuals served. The position requires 24-hour on-call availability and the ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting 20 pounds, running up to 500 feet, and responding to emergencies. This is a full-time position with a salary range of $66,300 - $75,000 per year.
