We are searching for the best talent for Product Management Analyst - Bogotá, Colombia.

Purpose: Supports the execution of marketing strategies across multiple Surgical Care platforms within the Central America (CENCA) region, contributing to business growth by leveraging market insights, understanding customer needs, and ensuring effective local execution of regional initiatives.

Develops foundational expertise in product management and marketing, working under guidance to support portfolio performance, commercial execution, and customer engagement across diverse markets.

You will be responsible for:

• Apply foundational Product Management knowledge to support daily operations under guidance.

• Conduct basic analyses to generate reports on customer behavior, product performance, and market trends.

• Research Product Management tools and methodologies, sharing insights with internal teams.

• Support the development of presentations for product updates and product launch readiness.

• Perform basic pricing analyses to support product positioning and value assessment.

• Apply Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions.

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Health Sciences, or a related field.

• Preferred postgraduate studies in Business, Marketing, or a health-related discipline.

• 2–4 years of experience in marketing, sales, or commercial roles.

• Experience in marketing or sales within the medical device industry is preferred.

• Advanced English proficiency.

• Availability to travel up to 20%.
