Roles and Responsibilities:

I. Job Summary

Be responsible for manufacturing the quality products in the work area

II. Essential Functions, responsibilities

Understand and follow the work instruction, process and policies in the shop floor

Be responsible for the quality of products

Work under arrangement of Supervisor

Maintain 5S in the shop floor

Report any issue of safety, quality concerns, quality issues to supervisor or related functions

Propose new ideas to improve the working environment, safety and quality

Follow the company's regulations on safety, security and other regulations

Other jobs as assigned

III. Qualifications requirements

Graduated from high school and above

Be trained for the assigned jobs

Educated and had certifications for some jobs: crane worker, forklifts, welders, test technician

IV. EHS requirement

Understand and comply with work processes, safety procedures and rules of the factory

Keep working area in good, clean condition

Maintain safety equipment in good condition

Participate in training courses on environment, health and safety (EHS) and demonstrate knowledge gained from training courses

Report EHS issues, unsafe behaviors and safety recommendations to manager

Participate actively in making recommendations to improve the EHS program

Actively participate in activities to prevent accidents, accidents and illnesses

Know and implement compliance requirements in your work area

V. Quality requirement

Understand and comply with procedures and work instructions

Stop the process and report when any abnormality that might cause defects, escaping defect

Don't accept defects, don't make defects and don't pass defects

Continuous improve quality performance of products

VI.Desired Characteristics

Be honesty and good sense of law

Good health, positive attitude, ability work as a team

Be ability to work independently and under high pressure

Always try to improve and enhance the quality of working environment and product quality.
