A vacancy currently exists for an Operator Maintainer - Electrical Trade at Ulan Surface Operations. The primary purpose of this role is to ensure business targets are met through the safe and efficient operation and maintenance of a diverse range of equipment.
This vacancy applies for Electrical Trades across a range of roster arrangements. Rosters will be confirmed individually with the successful applicant.
To be successful in this role experience in coal processing through CHPP, sizing plant, train loading, mobile equipment and coal stockpile management is desirable, along with a trade qualification being mandatory.
Experience in responding to breakdowns, completing maintenance-based activities, reporting on shift activities and providing operational and trade support to achieve safe equipment standards will be highly regarded.
You will also demonstrate a sound understanding of risk management processes and the use of Safe Work Procedures. You will be an exceptional team member with a flexible can-do attitude and sound work ethic.

About Ulan Surface Operations
Ulan Surface Operations is part of the Ulan Complex and supports two highly productive Underground Mines, Ulan West and Ulan Underground. Ulan Surface Operations coordinates approximately 10.3 million tonnes of saleable per annum and employs 110 people of the approximate 700 at the Ulan Complex.
