High Focus Centers in Norwalk is a premier provider of outpatient treatment programs for mental health, substance use and co-occurring disorders. At High Focus Centers in Norwalk we are currently seeking a Behavioral Health Clinical Coordinator to support our staff and clients. - Salary Range: $68,000/year - $70,000/year
- Schedule: Full time, In-person
- REQUIRED: LCSW, LPC, LMFT
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Facilitates all clinical services for clients including individual and family sessions, therapeutic groups, and referral source/outpatient provider contact as applicable.
• Oversee program development, implementation and evaluation.
• Perform intake evaluations and direct patient services as needed.
• Provide clinical supervision to subordinates according to credentialing and training guidelines.
• Oversee all documentation and CQI activities.
• Maintain contact with referral sources and managed care organizations.
• Must exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality with regard to all company information
• Completion of all required trainings as designated by the company and accreditation/licensing entities.
• Other duties as assigned.
Education/Licensure:
- REQUIRED: Master's Degree in Human Services or related field and LCSW, LPC
