This opportunity is with a nationally recognized, veteran-led healthcare organization that provides outpatient healthcare services to Veterans and federal government populations across the United States. The organization operates numerous Community-Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs) nationwide and has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
Position Summary
We are seeking a Board-Certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join an established outpatient clinic in Glens Falls, New York.This is an excellent opportunity to practice comprehensive primary care in a collaborative setting with strong clinical support and a focus on continuity of care.
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient primary care services
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
- Perform physical exams and preventive care visits
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests
- Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
Education
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
Licensure & Certification
- Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Active, unrestricted U.S. medical license
- Current DEA registration
- Current BLS certification
