Job Summary
Develops and implements channel marketing strategies to drive business growth. Collaborates with sales and partners to execute marketing campaigns effectively. Analyzes market trends to optimize channel performance and opportunities.
Key Areas of Responsibility
Leads the planning and execution of channel marketing programs to support sales objectives.
Coordinates with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
Manages relationships with channel partners to enhance collaboration and maximize market reach.
Develops promotional materials and campaigns tailored to specific channel needs and audiences.
Monitors and analyzes campaign performance metrics to inform future marketing strategies.
Prepares regular reports on channel activities, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
Identifies new channel opportunities and proposes initiatives to expand market presence.
Manages day-to-day operations, performance and competency development of the channel marketing team
Critical Experiences
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, providing foundational knowledge in marketing principles and business strategy.
Minimum 8 years of experience in channel marketing or commercial marketing roles, with proven success in planning and executing marketing programs, managing partner relationships, and leading cross-functional teams.
Experience with Go to market planning and execution both in Traditional Trade and Modern Trade channel is a must
Excellent in big data analysis and great at using MS Excel and PowerPoint
Great language comprehension for both Thai and English
Tech and digital savvy
Able to work under high pressure and multi-cultural environment
Entrepreneurial mindset / Self-starter
High level of business acumen and results-oriented
