Construction Laborer / Carpenter Helper

We are seeking a hardworking and dependable Construction Laborer / Carpenter Helper to join our growing team. This position offers hands-on experience in commercial construction and an opportunity to grow into a skilled trade career.

Responsibilities:

• Assist carpenters and site supervisors with daily construction activities
• Load, unload, and transport materials and tools
• Perform demolition, site cleanup, and debris removal
• Assist with drywall, framing, flooring, painting, and finish work
• Set up and maintain a safe and organized job site
• Operate basic hand and power tools
• Follow all company safety procedures and job site requirements

Requirements:

• Construction experience preferred but willing to train motivated candidates
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor throughout the day
• Reliable transportation to various job sites
• Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn
• OSHA 10 certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
