We're Hiring: R&D Formulation Chemist (3–5 Years Experience)

About the Role As a Formulation Chemist, you will play a key role in developing and optimizing high-quality formulations, contributing to innovation pipelines while ensuring compliance and performance excellence. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize product formulations with a focus on performance, stability, and quality
• Research and evaluate raw materials, ingredients, and new technologies
• Stay up to date with industry trends, innovations, and consumer preferences
• Support scale-up activities and collaborate with production teams
• Conduct stability, and performance testing
• Work cross-functionally with Marketing teams, Scientific team, Procurement team
• Maintain accurate documentation (formulations, trials, reports)
• Ensure compliance with local and international regulations

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in formulation / product development
• Background in Biochemistry, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field
• Strong knowledge of formulation techniques and raw materials
• Hands-on lab experience and analytical mindset
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills
• Team player with excellent communication skills
