Senior Engineer Reliability

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Responsible for reliability testing support and technical reliability report publish for qualification and engineering evaluation
• Support production process improvement task force, perform risk assessment for the failure to meet customer requirement
• Reliability data and result analysis, update of test status to cross functional teams
• Implementing good cost control, productivity improvement and process continuous improvement projects
• Uses technical knowledge to support operations goals, ensure TAT and KPIs are met, assuring the efficient operation of variety of processes, equipment and instrumentation
• Follow up and assist product engineers in electrical failure analysis on reliability monitor reject through tester setup for remote login
• Help to collect and verify basic electrical test information to validate the 8D report submitted by PE for consistency and meets the requirement
• Lead and champion technical leadership and development
• Coordinates cross functional projects and activities with counter parts local and abroad on time within budget
• Participate and collaborate working with reliability engineering regarding reliability problems
• Provide technical advice and guidance to technician
• Participation in RCCA efforts
• Plan to coordinate execution jobs to ensure in-time execution
• Oversees operational daily tasks to ensure fulfill KPI target and clients’ expectations on full turnkey solution

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Degree in relevant fields of Electronics/Electrical/Chemical/Physics/Materials
• Minimum 3– 5 years of working experience in semiconductor reliability engineering or any equivalent field
• Experiences of reliability testing, statistical analysis, failure analysis and IC
• Knowledge in JEDEC, AEC-100 and other relevant reliability standards are required
• Good communication (written and verbal) and ability to lead and organize projects
• Must work well both independently and in a cross-functional teams
