Overview
As a Production Lead in the Cutting Department, you'll train new and existing employees on machine setup and process flow, ensure quality standards are met, and coordinate department workflow. This is a working lead role where you'll also complete production work while providing feedback to management on team performance. You'll be responsible for quality checks before shipment and serve as a liaison with CSR and managers. This position requires attention to detail, basic computer skills, and the ability to work independently in a night shift environment.
