Responsibilities / Tasks
As our Global Digital Product Manager (GPM), you will lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, driving the success of digital service products with global impact. You will own the product vision, define scalable strategies, and build high-performing project teams to deliver results.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and management of a global portfolio of digital service products
- Define product roadmaps, business scaling models, and roll-out strategies to drive recurring revenue
- Build a uniform digital platform supporting commercial sustainability offerings
- Monitor and report KPIs, ensuring alignment with internal stage-gate processes
- Identify innovation opportunities and bring new products to market successfully
- Conduct market analysis and competitive research to uncover growth opportunities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, sales, marketing, and R&D
- Support portfolio management and recurring revenue transformation initiatives
Your Profile / Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in product management, service business transformation, or similar roles
- Strong commercial mindset with a focus on outcomes and value creation
- Deep understanding of market dynamics and customer needs
- Experience with digital innovation and sustainability trends
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in a matrix organization
- Strong analytical capabilities and data-driven decision making
- A proactive, adaptable mindset in a fast-paced environment
