Production Line Planner:

• Develop and maintain weekly, daily projection plan
• Sequence work orders to minimize changeover times and maximize machine utilization
• Sequence lots through the Scheduling system, ensuring data accuracy at all stage
• Conduct capacity analysis to identify potential bottlenecks
• Coordinate with Production Supervisors to align staffing levels with the production plan
• Work with the Maintenance Department to schedule preventive maintenance during non-peak production times
• Monitor Work-in-Process (WIP) levels to ensure a smooth flow between upstream and downstream processes
• Facilitate daily production "huddles" to communicate shift goals and resolve operational conflicts
• Report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) including On-Time Delivery (OTD), Throughput, and Lead Time accuracy.
• Expedite the hot lots per customer requirement
