About this Position
As a Workday Solutions Analyst, you will provide day-to-day support for Workday HCM and Financials, develop and maintain integrations and reporting solutions, and partner with stakeholders to continuously enhance the organization's Workday platform. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing operational support with technical development and is interested in growing their expertise across the Workday ecosystem.Hybrid Preferred (Duluth, Georgia) -
Responsibilities & Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a Tier 2 support resource for Workday HCM and Financials, researching, troubleshooting, and resolving system issues and user inquiries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational needs and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Develop, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot Workday integrations using Workday integration technologies, including EIB, Core Connectors, and APIs.
- Support inbound and outbound data integrations between Workday and internal or third-party systems.
- Perform integration testing, validation, and issue resolution to ensure accurate and timely data exchange.
- Create and maintain integration documentation, technical specifications, and support procedures.
- Expand technical expertise in advanced integration tools and technologies, including Workday Studio.
- Develop and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, scorecards, and calculated fields to support business and leadership needs.
- Establish and maintain reporting standards, documentation, and governance practices to ensure consistency and data integrity.
- Assist with the configuration and maintenance of Workday functionality, business processes, and security assignments as needed.
- Support the implementation of new Workday features, enhancements, and releases across HCM and Financials.
- Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing, and release validation activities.
- Performs other related duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3+ years of Workday experience supporting one or more Workday modules, preferably HCM and/or Financials.
- Experience providing application support, troubleshooting issues, and resolving production incidents within Workday.
- Hands-on experience creating and maintaining Workday reports, dashboards, scorecards, and calculated fields.
- Experience developing, supporting, or maintaining Workday integrations utilizing EIBs, Core Connectors, and Workday-delivered integration technologies.
- Understanding of Workday business processes, security concepts, and data structures.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Certifications: Workday certifications are preferred but not required.
