[What the role is]
[What the role is]You will be part of the Industry Development and Grants team, where you will play an important role in supporting the growth and development of Singapore’s landscape sector. You will work closely with industry stakeholders to drive development initiatives, strengthen industry partnerships and support programmes that contribute to Singapore’s vision of City in Nature.
A key part of the role is overseeing the Skyrise Greenery programme, supporting the adoption of rooftop and vertical greenery across Singapore. You will also contribute to the development of industry standards and guidelines, as well as administer grants that support industry development, innovation and productivity.

• Processing and evaluating grant applications and disbursements, ensuring compliance with grant requirements and supporting the successful implementation of funded projects
• Conducting and documenting site visits during grant undertaking periods, and engaging grant recipients to monitor project progress and outcomes
• Monitoring key indicators under the Skyrise Greenery Programme and supporting initiatives to grow the adoption of skyrise greenery
• Organising industry engagement events and building relationships with industry stakeholders to gather insights, encourage collaboration and support sector development
• Managing the industry Telegram platform as an outreach channel to share relevant information and strengthen industry communications
• Maintaining the Skyrise Greenery website to ensure content remains accurate, relevant and user-friendly
• Supporting the development and review of horticulture-related standards and technical guidelines to strengthen industry practices
[What we are looking for]
• Area of studies in Environmental Science, Horticulture, Botany, Landscape Design, Architecture, or a related field
• Up to 3 years of relevant experience in stakeholder engagement, grant administration, project/event management or related areas; experience in urban greening, sustainability or content development is an advantage
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives and work effectively with different stakeholders
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build relationships, organise events and manage digital platforms
• Proficient in data management and reporting, with strong analytical, writing and presentation skills
• An interest in Singapore’s urban greening landscape, sustainability and industry development; relevant knowledge or experience is an advantage
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with the initiative to take ownership of projects and see them through to completion
