Position Summary:
- Typical pre-sales activities include gaining understanding of customer's business and analysis of customer's system and product needs.
- Provides primarily pre-sales technical support for the development and implementation of complex products/applications/solutions

Qualifications:
- Two year college degree or equivalent experience and minimum five years’ functional experience.
- OR HS diploma or equivalent and a minimum 8 years of functional including 4 years position specific experience.
