ACT Lead | Civil and Structural Engineering
This is a compelling opportunity for a senior engineer to lead and grow our civil and structural engineering presence in Canberra.

Day to Day
- Win work and help grow the Canberra client base
- Deliver high-quality civil and structural engineering projects
- Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Work closely with the NSW Civil and Structural teams

- Balance hands-on technical delivery with leadership and business growt
Profile/Skills
Essential
- Bachelor of Engineering (Civil/Structural), ideally Chartered or working towards chartership
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a senior engineering role, with a strong track record in project delivery and client relationship management
- Experience using engineering software such as SPACEGASS, RAPT, ETABS, RCB, STRAND7, or equivalent
- Strong local market connections in Canberra, particularly across the development, commercial, and medium to high-density building sectors
