Description
The Sales Operations Coordinator at Simeio will play a critical role in supporting the sales organization by ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of sales data and processes.
You will serve as a key Salesforce power user, helping maintain CRM hygiene, support opportunity management, build and maintain reports and dashboards, and ensure compliance with established sales processes.
You should be highly organized, detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working with data.
This role provides an excellent foundation for career growth into Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Analytics, or Salesforce Administration.

Key Responsibilities
Salesforce Administration & Opportunity Management
- Review and support opportunity creation and updates within Salesforce.
- Ensure opportunities are accurately aligned to stages, forecast categories, account records, and ownership structures.
- Assist sales teams with CRM questions, troubleshooting, and best practices.
- Maintain account, contact, and opportunity data integrity.
- Support user setup, field updates, validation rules, and process improvements as needed.
- Monitor Salesforce data hygiene and proactively identify inconsistencies, duplicates, and missing information.
- Conduct routine CRM audits and data quality reviews.
- Ensure adherence to sales processes, stage definitions, and opportunity management standards.
- Work with sales leadership to drive CRM adoption and process compliance.
- Identify and recommend improvements to data governance practices.
- Design, build, and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards.
- Support weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reporting requirements.
- Develop reporting that provides visibility into pipeline health, forecast accuracy, sales activity, and performance metrics.
- Assist with ad-hoc data requests and analysis from sales leadership and executive teams.
- Validate reporting accuracy and reconcile discrepancies when identified.
- Support sales planning and operational initiatives.
- Assist with territory, account, and ownership maintenance within Salesforce.
- Document operational processes and maintain user guides and support materials.
- Partner with sales, marketing, customer success, and finance teams to ensure alignment across systems and reporting.
- 1-2 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, Revenue Operations, CRM Administration, Analytics, or related function.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using Salesforce CRM.
- Familiarity with sales processes, forecasting, and pipeline management.
- Experience creating reports and dashboards.
- Knowledge of data quality and governance best practices.
- Exposure to business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
