We pride ourselves on our craftsmanship, attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction for well-known brands across Australia.We're looking for skilled Cabinet Makers - Cert III in Cabinet Making who care about doing things properly and want to be part of a workshop where effort and craftsmanship are respected.Our workshop in Zillmere is modern, organised, and focused on quality craftsman.If you are a good cabinet maker who wants more than just a pay cheque - and a workplace where you can enjoy coming to work, we would love to meet you.Above award wages = full time roleQuality commercial projects in a busy Zillmere workshopGenuine Career progressionCheck our website:https://burkeandwillsprojects.com.au/joinery-manufacturing/Also visit our INSTAGRAM!What You’ll Be DoingYou’ll be part of our skilled joinery team, working on quality projects such as:·      Strong background in commercial cabinetry·    Operating and working alongside CNC machinery and edge benders.·    Manufacturing and assembling commercial joinery·  Reading and interpreting plans·       Follow all Workplace Health and Safety procedures·       Assembling cabinetry and joinery to specs and plans·       Measuring, cutting, fitting and adjusting materials with accuracy·       Ensuring clean alignment, strong fit, and high-quality finishing·       Supporting project delivery by working closely with our team and project managers·       Keeping your workspace safe, clean and organisedWhat We’re Looking ForYou’ll be a great fit if you have:·      Cert III in Cabinet Making preferred·  PROVEN EXPERIENCE IN CABINET MAKING/JOINERY OR CABINETRY !·     Ability to read and interpret plans·       Strong commitment to WHS and safe work practices·       Sound knowledge of woodworking techniques and materials·       Strong attention to detail (you care about quality!)·       Confidence using hand tools + power tools·       Good attitude, communication and teamwork·       Reliability and willingness to learn·       Current driver’s licence + reliable transport·       White Card preferred (willing to get one)Why You’ll Love Working With UsWe are not a typical workshop.
