What You'll Be Doing
- Operate pit loader safely and efficiently to load haul trucks with raw materials
- Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance tasks
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations
- Monitor material quality and report inconsistencies or hazards
- Follow all safety protocols and environmental regulations

- Demonstrated ability to operate heavy equipment in a safe and productive manner
- Strong awareness of safety standards and procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work night shifts and adapt to changing schedules
- Commitment to maintaining equipment and reporting issues promptly
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check
- Must be eligible to work in the United States and comply with company policies
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
