Project Title
Development and Deployment of an AI Agent for Project Execution and Optimization
Project Description
The intern will undertake an engineering project focused on developing an AI-Enabled solution for NAND product-development project execution.
Under mentor guidance, the intern will collaborate with project stakeholders to develop an AI agent that identifies project risks, recommends mitigation actions, and integrates with relevant AI tools and engineering workflows. The project provides exposure to NAND product development, Agentic AI, data analytics, and application deployment.
Objective of the Project
Develop an AI agent for project-risk detection and mitigation.
Improve the efficiency and quality of project execution decisions.
Integrate the Agentic Solution with selected AI tools or engineering workflows.
Evaluate the solution using defined technical and productivity measures.
Opportunities for Full Time Employment
Interns may be considered for future internship or full-time employment opportunities based on business requirements, role availability, academic completion, and the applicable recruitment process.
Project Scope
Study selected NAND product-development and project-execution workflows.
Design and develop AI applications, intelligent agents, or automated workflows.
Apply Large Language Models, Agentic AI frameworks, AI-assisted development tools, and data analytics techniques.
Prototype and evaluate solutions for risk identification, mitigation planning, engineering productivity, or decision-making.
Collaborate with Product Development Engineers and project stakeholders to validate requirements and results.
Learning Opportunities
Gain hands-on experience developing AI solutions in a semiconductor environment.
Learn about NAND memory development, validation, qualification, and the product lifecycle.
Apply Generative AI, Large Language Models, and Agentic AI to engineering challenges.
Develop experience in AI application prototyping, integration, evaluation, and deployment.
Deliverables
A functional AI agent prototype for project-risk detection and mitigation.
Integration with selected AI tools, data sources, or engineering workflows.
An evaluation of solution accuracy, usability, and productivity impact.
Technical documentation outlining the methodology, results, limitations, and recommendations.

Improve visibility of project risks and mitigation actions.
Accelerate analysis and project decision-making.
Reduce repetitive effort through AI-Enabled automation.
Demonstrate practical Agentic AI applications within NAND product development.
Skillsets Required
Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, Large Language Models, data analytics, or software development.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with programming, AI-assisted development tools, or Agentic AI frameworks would be advantageous.
Ability to collaborate with stakeholders, learn independently, and work effectively in an inclusive environment.
Course of Interest
The ideal candidate should be pursuing a degree or equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related technical field.
Duration of Period
The ideal candidate should be able to commit to a full time internship period of 5 months from Jan to May 2027.
