Now part of the Genuit Groups’ Climate Management Solutions (CMS) business unit, Nuaire has ambitious growth plans.

Working hours: Monday – Thursday 8am – 4pm, Friday 8am – 3.30pm, 37 hours per week.

Working style: Office based (with the option of one day from home after probation)

The Role

Nuaire are looking for an organised and customer centric Export & OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) Coordinator, to join the team on a permanent basis. Working closely with the International Operations Team Leader you will play a key role in managing international and industrial order requirements, schedules, ensuring on-time deliveries, and supporting export documentation to provide exceptional customer experience. This is a fantastic opportunity for an existing Order Processor or Export Administrator to join a busy, growing International Operations team. 

Responsibilities

  • Order Checking from quote to order confirmation.
  • Accurate and efficient order progressing and setting schedules for delivery.
  • Delivery scheduling, coordinating with manufacturing and procurement teams to ensure satisfactory progress throughout production.
  • Liaising with warehouse & freight forwarders to arrange sea/road/air shipment of orders to the Middle East & Europe. 
  • Generating all paperwork required for customs clearance both in the UK & destination country.
  • Keeping regional distributors and customers fully informed on order status.
  • Accurate and efficient processing of documentary credits when required.
  • Keeping up to date with export logistics requirements.

  • Team player with a strong emphasis on customer service and accuracy. 
  • Excellent communication skills conversing confidently with many nationalities throughout the world and dealing with customers at all levels.
  • Must have a proactive approach to work and the ability to organise and prioritise workload. 
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Initiative to identify continuous improvement in the role.
  • An understating of international logistics/ documentary requirements and procedures.
