Job Description
As the Unit Secretary, you’ll play an essential role behind the scenes, coordinating clerical activities and supporting nurses, providers, patients, and other members of the healthcare team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy helping others, and have a talent for keeping things organized, we want you on our team!
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the focal point of communication for the Emergency Room nursing unit.
- Coordinate clerical activities with nursing, professional, general, and support services.
- Help ensure information flows efficiently between members of the healthcare team.
- Provide dependable administrative and clerical support to keep daily operations organized.
- Assist with duties that support patient care, safety, and an efficient Emergency Room environment.
- Perform other duties incidental to the work described above.
