Short Intro and About the Job
Reporting to the Customer Solutions Senior Manager, we're looking for a Customer Solutions Analyst to strengthen customer supply chain performance, enhance service levels, and support business growth across key retail customers. In this role, you will act as a trusted operational partner, using data, collaboration, and problem-solving skills to deliver an outstanding customer experience and drive continuous improvement.
More specifically, you will be responsible for:
Customer Performance Management
- Monitor and improve key supply chain performance indicators such as product availability, service levels, inventory health, forecast accuracy, and delivery performance through actionable improvement plans.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build strong working relationships with customer replenishment, logistics, inventory, warehouse, and merchandising teams to support operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Data Analysis & Business Insights
- Leverage data, reporting tools, and dashboards to identify trends, uncover opportunities, and provide recommendations that support business decisions.
Issue Resolution & Continuous Improvement
- Lead the investigation and resolution of service challenges, inventory issues, forecast variances, and supply chain constraints while implementing corrective actions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with Sales, Demand Planning, and Supply Chain teams to support promotions, product launches, operational efficiencies, and customer growth initiatives.
The annual base salary range for this position is $72,000.00 to $110,000.00 CAD. The final salary offered will be determined by factors such as relevant experience and qualifications, internal equity and external market conditions.

About You
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in customer supply chain, logistics, operations, customer service, or account management.
- Experience working with SAP in an Order-to-Cash environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations.
- Proven ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and collaborate effectively across functions and with external customers.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and supply chain reporting tools.
- Bilingualism in English and French is considered an asset.
