Summary:
The Office of Undergraduate Enrollment is looking for 10 Application Evaluators between mid-October and mid-December. The incumbent will review and evaluate application materials, including Common Application information, essay, activity report/ resume, letters of recommendation, and will recommend an actionable decision in accordance with our holistic review practices.
Essential Functions:
Conduct holistic reviews of first-year, undergraduate applications.
Evaluate academic records, including high school transcripts, curriculum rigor, grade trends, standardized test scores (when applicable), and other supporting credentials.
Identify applications requiring committee review or additional documentation.
Ensure consistency, accuracy, and equity throughout the evaluation process.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
Part-time.
20 hours per week.
Temporary position.
Salary Range:
$20.00 - $24.00 per hour.
Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree.
1 - 3 years of relevant experience.
Must have strong attention to detail and be reliable.
Preferred Education and Experience:
Master's degree or equivalent.
At least 1 year of professional experience in undergraduate admissions, file review, transcript evaluation, and credentials evaluation.
Demonstrated knowledge of and experience with the evaluation of secondary and post-secondary (bachelor’s degree) educational credentials and transcripts.
Familiarity with Salesforce and/or ImageNow.
