Your Responsibilities
- IT Project Coordination: You coordinate end-to-end projects and activities aimed at developing, modifying, and transforming technical data or IT tools, databases, and applications to support Infrastructure & Operations needs.
- Operational Bridge & Business Alignment: You serve as the vital link between Local Technology business functions and digital solutions by translating operational requirements across Site Acquisition, Deployment, Energy, Operations, and Field Maintenance into system and reporting capabilities.
- TIMS System Administration & Ownership: You act as Vantage Greece’s Single Point of Contact and System Administrator for TIMS, ensuring data quality, user support, process alignment, training coordination, group-wide best practice sharing, and system adoption in line with local strategy.
- Data Analytics & Reporting: You implement impactful data analytics and reporting solutions to support business requirements, with a strong focus on Energy and Spend Management needs.
- Independent & Collaborative Execution: You function autonomously within tight timelines while fostering a team-oriented, positive attitude and collaborating seamlessly across multicultural environments.
Your Profile
- Educational Background: Degree in Engineering or Information Technology.
- Professional Experience: Proven experience in software tools implementation teams, including role experience as a project manager or coordinator, backed by project management certification or equivalent experience.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of the telecom passive infrastructure lifecycle (Site Acquisition, Permitting, Deployment, Energy, Field Maintenance) alongside advanced expertise in MS Excel and BI reporting tools; hands-on experience with Sitetracker or similar platforms is a strong advantage.
- Soft Skills: Excellent ability to work independently with minimal supervision, deliver under tight deadlines, and collaborate effectively within multi-cultural teams.
- Language Proficiency: Excellent spoken and written communication skills in both Greek and English.
At Vantage Towers we operate in 8 different European countries. This role will be based in Athens.
