Project Role Description : Develops applications and systems that utilize AI tools, Cloud AI services, with proper cloud or on-prem application pipeline with production ready quality. Be able to apply GenAI models as part of the solution. Could also include but not limited to deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, image processing.

Summary:
As an AI / ML Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building advanced applications and systems that leverage artificial intelligence technologies. This role requires integrating cloud-based AI services or on-premises application pipelines to deliver solutions that meet production standards. The engineer applies generative AI models and explores various AI domains such as deep learning, neural networks, conversational agents, and image analysis to create innovative and efficient systems. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and continuous refinement of AI-driven solutions are key aspects of the daily workflow, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable products.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and deployment of AI models ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster professional growth and technical excellence.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Monitor and optimize AI system performance to maintain reliability and efficiency.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience in designing and implementing AI pipelines for cloud and on-premises environments.
- Strong understanding of generative AI techniques and their practical applications.
- Familiarity with deep learning frameworks and neural network architectures.
- Ability to develop and integrate chatbot and image processing solutions.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and optimizing AI models for production readiness.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
