Job Description:

SUMMARY
The Systems Inventory Control position is responsible for managing and optimizing the inventory control for the iRewards Systems program within CGT. This role involves overseeing the accurate tracking, recording, and reporting of inventory levels, ensuring efficient inventory flow, and minimizing discrepancies.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
•
Must have in-depth knowledge of IRewards system technology requirements, including but not limited to all hardware needs to complete a systems build and install.
•
Works closely with purchasing team to maintain accurate inventory controls of needed parts to build complete systems.
•
Pulls system installation orders, panel kits and parts for build releases.
•
Assembles systems parts and kits.
•
Occasional visits to Service Centers for Inventory Control.
•
Strong organizational requirements to ensure accurate inventory, efficient part picks for systems builds.
•
Must monitor system builds to ensure most effective processes are in place.
•
Ensure systems parts installation kit is complete for transportation to installation destination.
•
Other tasks as assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS
•
High school graduate or GED.
•
System installation experience is preferred.
•
Ability to lift 50-75 pounds with the assistance of hand truck.
•
Must have a valid drivers license and proof of insurance
•
Must be able to operate forklift
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT
•
This position operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment (computers, phones, fax machines, photocopiers, and filing cabinets).

Frequently required to stand, sit, walk, talk, and hear
•
Frequently required to climb, balance, bend, stoop, kneel, or crawl
•
Continually required to utilize hand and finger dexterity, including calculating figures and use of a keyboard
•
Occasionally required to lift/push weights up to 50-75 pounds
•
Specific vision abilities required for this job include close, distance, and peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust or focus
•
Exposure to moving mechanical parts and outside weather conditions
•
Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate

Base Pay Range:

$20.00 - $25.00
