Performance and Assurance Specialist

Mission Overview:

As a Performance and Assurance Specialist, you will support the hybrid Service Integrator in making services visible, measurable, and manageable. This position is a consultancy mission at a client site representing Keystone Solutions, focusing on collecting, analyzing, and interpreting performance data, monitoring quality and compliance with agreed frameworks, and providing clear management information to support decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and follow up on performance indicators, quality measurements, and assurance mechanisms.
• Collect, consolidate, and analyze service performance across various providers.
• Prepare dashboards, reports, and management information for governance and service reviews.
• Identify deviations, trends, structural risks, and points of attention.
• Support quality controls and assurance on service operations.
• Assist in preparing reports for governance boards and other follow-up moments.
• Formulate improvement proposals based on data analysis and established trends.
• Contribute to consistent, transparent, and usable performance tracking within the run.

Technical Knowledge Requirements:

• Performance Management and service reporting (Expert) - 10+ years: How have you made performance and quality of service measurable in previous assignments?
• Dashboarding and management information (Confirmed) - 5+ years: How do you ensure that reporting is not merely descriptive but also provides actionable insights?
• Governance support and quality tracking (Confirmed) - 5+ years: What approach do you take to structurally embed assurance in operational services?
