Volunteer Cafe Support

Overview

As a Café Support Volunteer with Inspire Burnley, you will play an important role in helping our café run smoothly while creating a friendly, inclusive space for the people who use our services.

 

This is a fantastic opportunity to develop hospitality, communication, and customer service skills while making a real difference within your local recovery community.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, friendly, and welcoming atmosphere for everyone attending the café.
• Take food and drink orders and provide excellent customer service.
• Prepare and serve hot and cold drinks and simple meals, including breakfasts.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and follow health and safety procedures.
• Work as part of a team to create a positive and inclusive environment for all visitors.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold Change Grow Live's values and standards at all times.
