Data Scientist II

Belgrade, Serbia - hybrid

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deploy analytics, machine learning, and AI solutions to solve business challenges and drive measurable business value.
• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights.
• Apply statistical, predictive, and optimization techniques to improve operational performance and support decision-making.
• Design and maintain business metrics, KPIs, dashboards, and analytical data products used by stakeholders across the company.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable data-driven solutions.
• Build and enhance analytical datasets, data models, and reporting solutions using modern cloud technologies.
• Communicate insights and recommendations through reports, dashboards, and presentations.
• Ensure data quality, accuracy, and reliability across analytical and reporting solutions.
• Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in data science, analytics, AI, and cloud platforms.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Operations Research, or a related quantitative field.
• Experience with Python, SQL, Azure Cloud, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and GitHub.
• Experience applying statistical analysis, machine learning, and optimization methods to real-world business problems.
• Experience building dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Power BI or similar visualization tools.
• Ability to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with optimization, forecasting, or predictive analytics.
• Experience with AI and Generative AI solutions.
• Experience deploying analytics or machine learning solutions in a cloud environment.
