[US - HQ] Associate Director, NA Workforce Staffing

Job Description:  

As the Associate Director of Workforce Staffing Operations, reporting to Director, you will lead, execute, and continuously improve a best-in-class staffing delivery program to support hourly / non-exempt talent needs across the HelloFresh US distribution center network. You will...

• In partnership with leadership, manage internal and external vendor partner relationships with staffing partners including 3P vendors
• Manage a team of staffing associates and contingent workforce lead
• Management and ownership of cost per hire through strategic oversight of contingent workforce partner delivery and other talent acquisition costs
• Own, develop and execute strategic vendor partner initiatives for all HelloFresh lines of business including; Hellofresh Core, Green Chef, EveryPlate, and Factor’s Distribution Center Network
• Drive staffing performance and partner accountability via staffing scorecard to include benchmark metrics such as time to fill, time to hire, negative attrition, and others
• Partner with Field HR leadership and Operations to develop targeted sourcing solutions for expansion related staffing and hard to fill markets
• Hire, train, develop, mentor, and lead a team of internal staffing program leads and specialists.
• Executes a vision, based upon data, for a team/business and develops scalable strategies that capture the best talent and most diverse candidates at the on time and at target
• Own and drive continuous improvement the workforce fulfillment process
• Manage the analysis of daily, weekly, and monthly business reporting of Field Staffing performance via Key Performance Indicators
• Define and communicate individual and team metrics ensuring alignment of OKRs to company staffing goals and priorities.
• Anticipates future business needs and identifies investments needed, and builds the infrastructure to ensure optimization capability is geared toward (or even ahead of) business demand (e.g. VMS platform considerations)
• Partners with regional operations leaders, Labor Planning experts, and Finance management
• Influences and makes recommendations to key stakeholders and decision-makers on building appropriate systems processes, and reports

You’ll Have...

• Minimum of 7+ years management experience leading workforce staffing programs in a high-volume, hourly / non-exempt function (Preferably in the Distribution / Warehousing space)
• Deep knowledge of emerging talent attraction strategies, tools, platforms, etc.
• Proven experience leading grassroots programs and events focused on expanding talent pipelines across multiple geographical locations in the United States.
• Exceptional problem solving skills. Agile and Tenacious with ability to lead effectively through rapidly changing organizational strategies.
• Strategic planning ability, with creative solution orientation in managing forecasted hiring needs.
• Strong organization, time management, and follow-through skills; high sense of urgency.
• Working knowledge and commitment to embedding a diversity, equity and inclusion lens into recruiting, selection and hiring practices.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Prior experience in reporting out metrics to all levels of an organization
