We are searching for a talented RN Resource Nurse for the Telemetry unit
Hours: 36hrs
Shift:- Day shift, 7:00am - 7:30pm with weekend and holiday rotation
Location: Charlton Memorial Hospital - Fall River, MA
The goal of this department is to provide high quality care delivered by skilled clinicians knowledgeable in the care of the cardiac patient. The major diagnoses cared for on the Telemetry Unit include myocardial infarction, acute coronary syndrome, unstable angina, atrial fibrillation and other cardiac dysrhythmias, and pre and post interventional patients from the Cath Lab and EP Lab.

Responsibilities
Under direction of Director, Manager, Patient Care or Designee perform a variety of duties involving the coordination of both clinical and non-clinical care activities including but not limited to staff assignments, staffing levels, etc. Provide guidance, support and coordinate orientation of all new staff members.Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Nursing or equivalent is required.
- A minimum of three years clinical experience in an appropriate setting, i.e. Medical Surgical, Critical/Coronary Care, etc. is required.
- Current RN Licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts is required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is also required.
- Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired
Compensation: Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.
