Pediatric Specialty Care is seeking an organized and detail-oriented team player to join our team as an Administrative Assistant.
8:00am - 4:00 pm Monday - Friday

As an Administrative Assistant at Pediatric Specialty Care you will:
Answer phones and greets visitors in a friendly manner; ensures that needs of caller or visitorare responded to effectively or by referral to appropriate staff.
Record and coordinate appointments, job interviews, and meetings as directed.
Sort and deliver mail daily.
Maintain organized and up-to-date personnel files, receipts books, regulation binders and other requireddocuments as needed.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and reorders from designated vendor as needed withapproval of appropriate department head and/or Administrator.
- Assist the Human Resources Manager in reaching out to job applicants and current employees concerning interviews, the onboarding process, and compliance items.
- Help facilitate new employee orientation.

Qualifications
Administrative Assistant:
High School diploma or equivalent required.
Preferred business education or associates degree.
Must have two (2) years as an Administrative Assistant preferably in a health care setting. Must have a good knowledge of office support functions including word processing, filing, composing a variety of business documents, reception and researching, compiling and summarizing data for reports.
Qualities of maturity, diplomacy, and ability to work well with others required.
Ability to communicate well verbally and in writing required. Ability to perform tasks to established standards of excellence required.
