Description
Specialist, Revenue Management Insights plays a key role in supporting revenue management and pricing activities through business analysis, program tracking, and performance monitoring. This position helps ensure effective execution of pricing initiatives, accurate program administration, and compliance with pricing policies. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the role provides insights that support strategic decision-making and revenue optimization. The successful candidate will leverage analytical expertise to identify opportunities, evaluate performance, and drive business results.

Collaborates with cross-functional teams to align pricing strategies and programs with company and product business unit priorities.
What You Will Do
Monitor pricing programs and campaigns, assess performance, and support post-implementation reviews.
Support the creation, implementation, and execution of pricing initiatives and revenue management projects to achieve business objectives.
Manage the timely and accurate processing of program credits for eligible customers in accordance with program rules and pricing guidelines.
Analyze business performance, pricing data, competitive benchmarks, and market trends to identify opportunities and provide actionable insights.
Partner with teams across Marketing, Supply, Product, and other functions to support program execution and strategic alignment.
Maintain pricing data and business analytics processes while supporting adjustments related to foreign exchange fluctuations, market dynamics, and ad hoc business needs.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field; Master’s degree or advanced certification preferred.
3+ years of experience in business support or a related function.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and deliver meaningful business insights.
Effective communication, organizational, interpersonal, and cross-functional collaboration skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
