## Responsibilities and Tasks

Equipment Ownership & Stability Management

• Act as the Equipment Owner for assigned process tools or modules
• Ensure equipment availability, reliability, and performance to meet manufacturing requirements
• Provide technical support to the manufacturing equipment repair

Equipment Abnormality Analysis & Problem Solving

• Conduct systematic analysis of equipment alarms, failures, and recurring issues

Identify and define clear root causes and failure mechanisms

• Develop, validate, and implement improvement actions based on data analysis and experiments
• Create and improve equipment maintenance procedures, checklists, and troubleshooting BKMs.

PM / CM & Component Lifetime Optimization

• Increase tool uptime through systematic problem-solving, quality workmanship, and routine review of equipment documentation.
• Define, optimize, and execute Preventive Maintenance (PM) strategies, including scope and frequency
• Support PM release, change control, and risk assessment activities

Cross‑Functional & Vendor Collaboration

• Collaborate closely with Process, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to resolve equipment issues
• Lead or participate in technical discussions and escalations with equipment vendors

## AI Relevant Job Responsibilities

• Integrates AI-assisted tools and insights into daily work to improve efficiency, quality, or effectiveness, exercising sound judgment and complying with organizational standards and legal requirements.
• Contributes to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying, testing, and sharing AI-enabled enhancements within one’s scope of work.
• Ability to apply baseline digital fluency and role‑appropriate AI literacy to use AI‑enabled tools responsibly and effectively for research, analysis, content creation, problem‑solving, operational tasks, and achieving business

## Qualifications

• Experience with process control charts.
• Demonstrated analytical problem-solving and equipment troubleshooting skills.
• Good time-management and multi-tasking skills.
• A high level of self-motivation, and the proven ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
• The ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic, environment.
• Good computer knowledge that can be applied to documentation, analysis, and troubleshooting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
