Mō te tūranga | About the Role

As the Service Group Owner, you will play a pivotal technology leadership role in shaping and bringing to life the strategy and roadmap for your Service Group. In this portfolio you will be accountable for a number of critical and key business applications.

Acting as a trusted servant leader, you will foster a culture of collaboration, empowerment, and continuous improvement across your portfolio of services.

You will partner closely with Service Owners, Squads, and Chapter Leads to ensure teams are well-supported, engaged, and equipped to deliver exceptional service outcomes. Through your deep technical expertise and passion for developing people and capability, you will champion best practice, nurture technical excellence, and help grow the craft across your domain.

As the steward of your service portfolio, you will connect technology and business priorities, creating alignment, clarity, and shared purpose. With end-to-end accountability for service outcomes, you will guide teams toward delivering meaningful value for both customers and the organisation.

  • Deep technical expertise and experience across technology service domains.

  • Previous product or service management experience is desirable.
