Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for an Installation Technician to join our ever-evolving Implementation & Conversion Services team and help shape the future of global commerce.
What you'll own
- Partner with clients throughout the conversion and implementation process, helping configure solutions that align with business needs and operational requirements.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned clients, supporting system setup, testing, issue resolution, and a successful transition to production.
- Support data mapping, validation activities, and conversion readiness efforts to ensure accurate and consistent client configurations.
- Perform testing activities, document results, identify issues, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and improve implementation outcomes.
- Deliver client education and functional support, helping users understand system capabilities and preparing them for long-term success.
What you'll bring
- Associate's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Experience supporting business systems, implementations, conversions, integrations, or client-facing projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues, evaluate options, and drive resolution.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, stay organized, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
It's a bonus if you have
- Experience with Customer Service a plus!
- Exposure to system integrations, data mapping, conversion projects, or implementation methodologies.
- A collaborative mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and delivering exceptional client experiences.
