Role summary:
The  Manager, Merchandising Replenishment owns Walmart Pharmacy's returns and exchanges portfolio, leading initiatives that improve inventory outcomes, recover value, reduce waste, and drive financial performance. This role partners across Merchandising, Operations, Finance, Product, Engineering, and supplier organizations to identify opportunities, solve business challenges, and improve processes, reporting, and technology. The position combines financial analysis, operational execution, supplier management, and cross-functional leadership to deliver measurable results and support patient care.
About the team:
The Pharmacy Replenishment team leads Walmart Pharmacy’s inventory strategy, ensuring medication availability across more than 4,600 locations nationwide. The team focuses on effective inventory management, demand planning, and supply chain execution to support patient care and operational excellence. Collaborating across departments, they drive forecasting, supplier coordination, returns management, and technology innovation. By leveraging analytics and process improvements, the team enhances product availability, strengthens business outcomes, and maintains efficient supply chain operations aligned with strategic goals. This team plays a vital role in delivering solutions that improve both associate experience and customer satisfaction.
What you'll do:

• Lead Walmart Pharmacy's returns and exchanges portfolio, driving inventory recovery and waste reduction.
• Analyze financial and operational performance to identify opportunities, risks, and improvement actions.
• Drive process, reporting, and technology enhancements that improve operational and financial outcomes.
• Partner across the business and with suppliers to solve complex challenges and deliver results.

What you'll bring:

• Experience in inventory management, replenishment, returns, supply chain, finance, or operations.
• Strong financial acumen, including forecasting, budgeting, business cases, and performance analysis.
• Proven ability to leverage data, improve processes, and deliver operational and financial results.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence change.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
