Resident Assistant - RA - CNA - Weekend Warrior

 

Earn up to $19.00–$20.50 an hour working Saturdays and Sundays only as a Resident Assistant at Tapestry Senior Living - Lakeshore in Tallahassee. 

What You'll Do

• Help residents with daily activities like bathing, dressing, grooming, and getting around safely
• Watch for changes in how a resident is doing and report them to the nursing staff right away
• Spend real time with residents, not just tasks, checking in and keeping them company
• Write down completed care and shift notes so the next team has what they need
• Keep resident rooms and common areas clean and safe

What You'll Need

• Must be 18 years or older
• Active Florida CNA License, preferred 
• CPR Certification
• High School Diploma or GED 
• Strong interpersonal, observational, and communication skills
• A caring, dependable, and team-oriented mindset

Pay & Benefits

• $15.00–$16.50/hour base pay
• Plus $4.00/hour weekend differential for qualifying weekend hours worked, for an effective $19.00–$20.50/hour
