About the Role
Decoder Tax is a core product within PRIME that helps business owners make sense of
complex tax decisions with clarity, confidence, and proactive planning. We’re looking for a highly
organized, detail-oriented Product Fulfillment Associate to support the operational backbone
of Decoder Tax and ensure a smooth, professional experience for our customers and internal

This role is customer-facing, process-driven, and deeply embedded in our Product team. You’ll
work closely with our CPAs, Product Operations Manager, and offshore tax partners to keep
plans moving forward, schedules aligned, and information accurate. You’ll be trusted with
sensitive communications, have direct exposure to customers, and play a critical role in scaling
Decoder Tax efficiently.
If you enjoy owning processes, keeping complex workflows organized, and being the “calm in
the chaos," this role is for you.
Our Mission: We aim to serve, advise, and support entrepreneurs every day.
Why You’ll Love Working Here:
- Impact at scale: Your work will shape the experience of thousands of entrepreneurs working with PRIME.
- Autonomy + Accountability: You’ll be trusted to lead, experiment, and deliver results — no micromanagement, just momentum.
- Collaborative Culture: You’ll work alongside creative thinkers, engineers, and business leaders who care deeply about customer success and innovation.
- Modernization Mission: You’ll play a key role in bringing advanced tech, analytics, and discipline to a growing organization — setting the foundation for the next generation of PRIME’s digital ecosystem.
