SysOps / Infrastructure Engineer

Responsibilities

We are looking for a SysOps / Infrastructure Engineer to support and improve infrastructure services across systems, databases and networks. The role focuses on operational support, platform reliability, automation, infrastructure changes and service migrations.

 

Key responsibilities

• Provide second-line support for incidents and problem management.
• Install, configure, operate and continuously improve infrastructure platforms supporting highly available, scalable and secure services.
• Automate, test and monitor infrastructure platforms and their sub-services.
• Contribute to infrastructure architecture proposals in line with security, regulatory and service-level requirements.
• Identify appropriate service migration scenarios.
• Deploy validated architectures and execute migrations of services and data according to business requirements.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in infrastructure operations and system software administration.
• Good understanding of incident, problem, change, configuration and release management.
• Experience with service availability and capacity management.
• Knowledge of network support and security operations.
• Ability to handle moderately complex technical tasks independently and contribute to operational improvements.
• Good English communication skills.
