Description
As Marketing Manager Nordics, you will be responsible for developing and executing the assigned marketing plan for the country in line with company strategy to deliver the objectives. You will report into the Senior Marketing Manager for Nordics. You will be based in Copenhagen, with regular travel within the market.
Role expectations
- Proactively represent the country and our customers providing insights and analytics for new product & global strategy development.
- Focusing on end-to-end excellence for the products and have the ability to see the big picture for opportunities
- Use analytics and insights (including campaign ROI, customer reimbursement and competition) to support execution of the marketing plan
- Build KOL network (speakers, key customers, institutions) & relationship maintenance to support execution of the plan
- Development of key market insights and analytics to successfully execute effective plans
- Drive and own communication as part of a multi-disciplinary team to drive and execute the marketing plan
- Identify and champion local growth opportunities in addition to the regional plan
- Cross functional coordination with Sales and Finance teams to support business growth
- Work cross-functionally with the regional and local marketing team members; in developing an idea and gaining support from all stakeholders
- Train and educate country stakeholders on required aspects of brand + brand strategy including development of training collateral
- Utilize digital communication platforms to deliver plan
What we're looking for
- 4+ of relevant experience in B2B or healthcare marketing, preferably in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in marketing/business
- To work independently and have strong stakeholder management skills
- Proactive problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
- Results oriented with a strategic mindset
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Fluent in English
- Fluent in Danish or Swedish
